For the duration of the server maintenance, Fortnite Battle Royale, Creative, and Save the World will be offline.

Epic Games will provide update 21.30 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, Android, and Switch.

If You are in a match before 8:30 AM, then you can continue playing until the server goes fully offline at 9 AM BST UK time.

At 9 AM BST (4AM ET), all players will be kicked out of Fortnite Battle Royale until the downtime finishes.

In the meantime, you can easily download and install the new update.

There is no official server downtime schedule, usually Fortnite maintenance lasts for some hours.

So, this means, you can jump back in Fortnite Battle Royale at 11AM BST.

This new update will often add files for the unavoidable summer event like skins, items and challenges.

This update could make 1 or 2 changes to the map on top of the usual weapon unvaulting, weekly challenges, item shop skins, bug fixes and gameplay tweaks.

Epic Games also tweeted the confirmation plans to create Stormbreaker pickaxe and Flight Glider that will be compatible with all outfits.
