[What is Area 51] Revealing Secret of Alien Conspiracy Theories

What is Area 51

Is there an Real Alien in Area 51 or its just Alien Conspiracy Therory made by US Government.

In this article, we will know:

  • How the origin of these alien conspiracy theories started?
  • What are the Mysteries behind Area 51?
  • What the US Government is trying to hide from us.

Let’s know how the origin of these alien conspiracy theories started.

After the 2nd world war, many countries went into huge economic loss and the few who sustained dominated the world. The US and USSR were the only 2 powerful countries left. Both countries believed in different  ideologies, where the US believed in Capitalism and the USSR believed in Communism.

They both wanted to become the world’s superpower.

Due to the emergence of nuclear weapons, and fear of communism in the United States, the tension between the US and USSR at the end of the 2nd world war led to the cold war.

So, the USSR started to spread communism in China, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, and Cuba, etc. And started to invent high-power destructives like atom bombs, missiles, aircrafts, and nuclear weapons.

From the US side,  the US Air Force started to conduct its aerial reconnaissance (low flying spy missions) over the USSR in the early 1950s.

The main objective of this mission was to find out the size, composition and disposition (nature) of the Soviet Forces. During the mission, aircrafts were given out several roles to tackle (complete) during the mission.

But there were always fears of their being identified and shut down. So, in 1954, President Eisenhower ordered the building of a highly secret, high-altitude recon aircraft called Project Aquatone.

The program needed an isolated site where the civilians or spies could not approach readily. Area 51 matched the bill wonderfully. It occurred in the Nevada desert near a salt flat named Groom Lake.

No one knows precisely why it’s named Area 5.

But one idea believes it arose from its closeness to the Nevada Nuclear Test Sites. The Nevada Test Site was split into number-designated zones by the Atomic Energy Commission. The area was already recognizable terrain for the military since it had operated as a World War II aerial gunnery range.

In the summertime of 1995, glimpses of UFO (Unidentified Flying Objects) were recorded near Area 51. It’s because the Air Force had began its trials of the U-2 aircraft. The U-2 can fly higher than 60,000 feet. At the time, conventional airliners were flying in the 10,000 to 20,000 feet range while military planes peaked at around 40,000 feet. So, if a pilot observed the little speck that was the U-2 far above it, they would have no clue what it was. And they would generally let air traffic control know that someone was out there. This contributed to the surge of UFO sightings in the region.

While Air Force authorities knew the UFO sightings were U-2 testing, they couldn’t properly notify the public. So, they rationalized the aircraft sightings by stating they were “natural occurrences” and “high-altitude weather studies”.

The testing of the U-2 concluded in the late 1950s. But the Area 51 has continued to function as the testing area for various aircraft including:

  1. Lockheed F-117A “Nighthawk”
  2. Lockheed A-12
  3. Northrop Tacit Blue

No one truly knows what Area 51 is doing nowadays. The government never even officially confirmed the existence of the site until 2013, with the publication of declassified CIA files.
